The Assistant Accountant position is a new role which has been created to meet the needs of the business as it grows. Reporting to the Finance Manager and forming part of an accounting and admin team of 9, this role is responsible for the reporting and collation of relevant information for companies within the group.
Key duties will include :
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and will be confident using Microsoft Excel and financial accounting systems (Isaac uses Nimbus).
You will have a pragmatic thinking style with excellent communication skills and will have a positive and focused approach.
Working in the civil construction sector means you will need to be confident dealing with people at all levels, with a range of different styles and personalities.
You will need to be adaptable and resilient and able to switch between changing priorities with ease.
