1.0FTE (80 Hours per Fortnight) Permanent Position We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent and proven administration skills to join the administrative team that supports the Community Support Service, the Older Peoples Health Service, and the District Nursing Service.
The Older Peoples Health Service provides Medical and Intermediate Care services for older people in the community. The Community Support Service provides assessment and care planning services to enable older people and those with palliative orlong-term chronic health conditions / disability in Taranaki to access timely, integrated and coordinated support services.
The District Nursing Service provides services to meet the health needs of the people of North Taranaki.
This position provides is a first point of contact for clients with health and disability support needs or those who are providing services for them.
