The Opportunity :

We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished industry professional to join our Training Services Team as an experienced Food Safety Trainer.

The primary role requires delivery of Food & Dairy related courses, unit standard assessments and training material development within the food and diary industries.

This includes the delivery of commercial training to Food and Dairy customers. It requires delivery of courses, knowledge checks or unit standard assessments, some training material development and training compliance activities.

There is a variety of classroom and virtual instructor led training work. The position carries a secondary role as an Auditor where you may be assigned to deliver auditing services for the Food & Dairy Team.

Key stakeholder engagement and development is integral to this position. Along with the ability to leverage and engage diverse groups of people and identify industry trends and insights that deliver commercial outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of Food and Dairy industries and the regulatory environment within which our customers operate.

More importantly you are :

  • Thrive on managing multiple priorities.
  • Have prior experience in leading a commercial training facilitation is desirable.
