The role Client Services Coordinator

We've got a fantastic opportunity for Client Services Coordinator to join our Property Services Team . This role will have a blend of home and office working as we start to reopen our offices, with plenty of flexibility, and you can be based from either our Basingstoke, Newbury, Bristol or Christchurch office.

As Client Services Coordinator , you'll support the Commercial Project Managers and the wider Client Services team in the successful delivery of contract procurement projects.

Responsibilities include :

  • Assisting with the running of multiple procurement projects relating to commercial contracts for Property Services, for example planned and cyclical works for windows, fire doors or electrical and gas works
  • Maintaining, developing, and improving the Client Services SharePoint site, keeping content up to date
  • Collating and presenting a variety of data in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Overseeing the Procurement projects waveplan to ensure projects run on track, any issues are flagged and project managers are up to date
  • Engaging with a variety of stakeholder across the business to ensure project commitments and milestones are met
  • You should have experience in a similar role or be able to demonstrate strong administration and coordination skills. Any experience in property services or housing would be beneficial but isn't essential. You'll also have :

  • Great organisational skills, managing multiple projects and effectively prioritising workloads maintaining an agile approach
  • Excellent communication skills, forming effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Excel and ideally experience using SharePoint.
  • High attention to detail, delivering work to a high standard
  • Experience in collating information for reporting, ensuring data is clear and accurate
