Our team covers back and front end construction law - this opportunity is in the back end construction disputes team.
This role offers you the opportunity to work on top notch, complex, high-end construction disputes and litigation, covering project disputes, arbitration, defective buildings and Construction Contracts Act matters, acting for an impressive client list.
You will get plenty of client contact and will learn a lot, working alongside New Zealand's best.
We are seeking a bright, capable lawyer with around 2-5 years' experience, ideally in construction and / or property disputes, however general disputes and litigation experience would be considered.
We are looking for someone with a solutions focused positive attitude, strong drive and interest in construction.
