The Role

We are looking for some enthusiastic young people to join Fulton Hogan as cadets where you will work with a variety of operational teams over 2 years to help determine your career pathway.

We have roles in Christchurch, Ashburton and Timaru.

There are no minimum skill or experience requirements however a Class 1 or Restricted license is desirable.

Successful cadets joining Fulton Hogan will rotate into a new team and industry area every 3-4 months where you will build a wide range of skills across Civil Construction.

Examples of team rotations may include : Projects, Landscaping, Traffic Management, Quarries, Civil Construction, Maintenance, Surfacing, Workshop.

Valuable additional development is provided on machinery and other skill areas as well as a L2 qualification in Infrastructure Works.
