As a Service Delivery Consultant you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing ownership of the operational customer and internal partner relationships, maintain the customers services and identify growth opportunities You will be an integral part of a virtual account team supporting a portfolio of Vodafones Business accounts, working with key internal Sales, Technology, Customer Operations stakeholders to maximise working relationships, growing customer satisfaction What Will I be doing?
Drive continuous service improvements Be the customers advocate within Vodafone Deliver resolutions to a wide range of customer service opportunities Drive customer awareness and use of self-
service tools and solutions Develop and create service measurement / performance reporting Meet regularly with your customers to review performance and foster relationships built on trust Use and manage action plans to tackle immediate and ongoing service related issues What will I Bring Customer relationship management Facilitations skills, ability to run a workshop Experience in delivery of technology services, projects and / or has worked within an operations environment Competent using problem solving and root cause analysis techniques Proven skills in managing service solutions end to end Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral) to wide audiences from C level down.
Exposure to a sales environment within the technology industry. Experience as a trainer of both internal and external customers.
Experience providing thought leadership and insights to customers through data analysis. Emotional resilience, including the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure Exposure or participation in business change / business process improvement.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Office applications / tools ITIL and service desk experience With Vodafone, your unique talents and experience will help us deliver an unmatched experience to our customers and the communities we serve.
