We are a small family team running multiple business. We need someone with book keeping / accounting experience to come help 2-3 days a week.

While the bulk of the job is primarily book keeping , given the small business aspect we need someone who is happy to wear different hats from responding to customers, placing ads and marketing, to filing, office management, and general personal assistant (just helping where needed).

As a family company with small children we primarily work around school hours and school holidays, so the job would be ideal for someone with school children looking for 2 - 2.

5 days a week during school term form 9-2.30 and we are flexible during school holidays.Working in Xero and another software (will be trained in the other software)Entering and paying invoices, Invoicing customers, GST returns.Other business support tasks.
