The Role

As Hotel Manager, you will manage and positively lead the front office and housekeeping teams, creating a collaborative culture and environment.

The main objectives are to ensure we deliver an authentic five-star experience to our guests whilst nurturing talent within the business, ensuring first impressions are on point' every time and evaluating levels of guest satisfaction with a focus of continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for recruitment, developing, coaching, mentoring team members, setting individual and team objectives, whilst maximising the financial performance of the accommodation.

We have an extensive range of luxury accommodation at Millbrook Resort and as a collaborative team, you will tailor a high-end bespoke guest experience.

You will have a hands-on approach and take a proactive role with your teams to identify and support needs at all levels.

You will be an inspirational leader, who is passionate in delivering extraordinary guest experiences as well as taking pride in sharing success with your team.

Success Profile

  • Minimum of five years' experience within leadership
  • Demonstrated the ability of building high performance operation teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, and willing to be hands-on'
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Proven business acumen with good financial and analytical skills
  • Sound understanding and previous experience of managing housekeeping is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Resilient and able to respond to a variety of situations with a collaborative and flexible approach
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and shift patterns
