ABOUT THE ROLE : Laminex strives for excellence and as the leading user of Salesforce in Fletcher Building, we consistently want to maximise the ways we can utilise the system.

This exciting opportunity provides key support for Salesforce activities across the business ensuring our team is informed and our commercial projects pipeline is current, maintained and progressing to help deliver growth in the Laminex share of sales revenue.

Reporting to our National Sales Manager, you will lead relationships with our key Salesforce users, providing user training, data management, dashboarding and analysis.

Customer service is what Laminex is known for and this role will give us the opportunity to improve the businesses ability to exceed customer expectations with better outcomes.

Other responsibilities include :

  • Support specification growth and transactional sales conversion through customer and opportunity management
  • Plan, manage and maintain data integrity in the system
  • Work with our digital team and other stakeholders to further develop data linkages
  • Test new functionality and assist in business cases development for enhancements
  • Identify and communicate new business opportunities for Laminex based on input received from various sourcesABOUT YOU : We’re looking for a Salesforce expert who has new ideas and a commercial mind-set to keep things simple, fast and effective.
  • As this role requires a lot of liaison with internal stakeholders, including our sales, operations and product specialist teams, strong communication skills and ability to build rapport are key! You will need to be a confident person who can identify and uphold our standards and you will also have the following skills :

  • A high degree of operational Salesforce experience with analytical skills to interpret data and market information
  • Experience in understanding and communicating sales strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, stakeholders and meet deadlines
  • Ability to capitalise on internal / external networks to influence and achieve mutually beneficial resultsAs part of the Fletcher Building group of companies, you will be able to leverage experience and relationships from across our organisation and achieve success for yourself and our company.
