AIA Insurance for Life, Health and Wellbeing.The Opportunity at AIA.This role is 20 hours per week over 6-months and will be great for someone who has had experience within Business Continuity as your key focus will be maintaining and testing the overarching Incident Management and Business Continuity Plans.

You’ll enjoy managing competing priorities effectively and working with a wide range of business stakeholders to get engagement across risk and compliance objectives.

Incident ManagementCoordinate the requirements, maintenance and testing of the Incident Management Plan in accordance with global standardsCoordinate desk top simulation test for local Incident Management TeamMaintain the IMT Wallet Card (quarterly and / or after any material change to people), What’s App Group and Email distribution ListsMaintain the emergency messaging system and call tree testingMaintain the major event staff information lineBusiness Continuity PlansCoordinate departmental completion, maintenance and testing of business continuity plans in accordance with global standardsCoordinate updates after any material change to people, place, technology or processCoordinate annual review and signoffCoordinate annual testing in accordance with test plansCollaborate with Technology to ensure Technical Resilience Standards are being metBusiness Impact AnalysisCoordinate departmental completion of business impact analysis in accordance with global standardsCoordinate updates after any material change to people, place, technology or processCoordinate annual review and signoffOtherCoordinate updates to departmental pandemic plansUndertake an annual review of the pandemic plans in line with WHO guidelines and Group RequirementsCoordinate annual threat assessmentsDocument preparation and collationMaintain SharePoint siteMaintain BCM and IM annual calendar to ensure deliverables are met on a timely basisPromote awareness of policies, standards, processes and arrangements, and provide training where necessary.
