About this role

We are looking for two highly-capable and experienced SharePoint / O365 specialists to manage our SharePoint / Teams / O365 environments.

You will be responsible for managing and administering our SharePoint and Teams sites and collections. You will also support our intranet migration projects.

You will have sound knowledge of Windows operating system and O365 and demonstrable ability to create a positive experience for end-users.

You will be someone whose expertise results in smooth integration and efficient online collaboration.

A key focus of the role will be to identify and drive opportunities for improvement and look at new ways of doing things.

We are looking for candidates with experience in empowering, inspiring, being visible and accessible to teams. You will be open to having ideas challenged, and drive a culture of continuous improvement where learning and development is valued.

You will also bring :

  • a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar
  • previous experience as a SharePoint / O365 administrator / specialist
  • extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as Power Automate, Azure, Active Directory and Office 365
  • knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks, as well as information records management
  • superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to prioritise competing demands to meet deadlines in a in a fast paced, complex environment
  • commitment to developing your cultural capability and capacity in te ao Māori.
