Charge Nurse Manager Cardiology & Renal
We have an opportunity for an exceptional senior nurse looking to take the next step in their nursing career to lead our team as Charge Nurse Manager in Cardiology and Renal (7B CCU / Ward 7C / Cath Lab) on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager - Speciality Medicine, and supported by the Director of Nursing, a key focus of your role will be ensuring that contemporary Models of Care are implemented and evaluated in response to the ever-changing needs of the community, health system and focus of the Southern DHB’s right care, right time, in the right place’.
You will have a team of ACNM’s 7 days a week (1.4 FTE) on 7B and 7C, plus a dedicated ACNM 0.4 FTE for Cath Lab to support you.

The successful candidate will have a current NZ APC, relevant post-graduate nursing experience ideally in Critical Care and be looking to develop advanced nursing and leadership skills.
