If you've been waiting for an opportunity to lead a transformation, now's your chance. We're after the kind of transformation that can take our Learning Management System from good to amazing.
This senior-level, strategic role is more than a system administrator gig; it's an exciting opportunity to transform the LMS from being the "system for eLearning" to a fully integrated, much-loved and well-used learning technology that underpins the learning organisation we aspire to be.
This is the golden moment for a highly motivated, very capable person to really shape our LMS and make their mark. This person will consolidate and build on the work done so far, as well as designing and implementing an LMS strategy and roadmap that will support talent management and development, induction, technical learning pathways, our core capability framework, communities of practice and more.
To do this, you'll need to be a critical thinker that can go from an immediate problem solver to a long term strategic view of the LMS, and back again.
