Assign work and monitor progress- Staff training and induction- Implementation of company health and safety policy, and ensuring incidents and near misses are passed up to be secured, along with passing information down to their respective teams.

  • Due to the nature of our clients, this role includes early starts, late finishes and split shift. Work is both ongoing and additional work is provided at short notice -
  • this is expected to be managed accordingly. Up to 6 days per week.- You will be expected to be able to jump in and clean with your teams, or work cleaning independently should the need arise.

    This is not just a "stand back and dictate" role, we all pitch in and help.The applicant must have the following- 1 year+ experience commercial and domestic cleaning-

    Relevant management or supervision qualification, ideally Level 7 or above.- The ability to work autonomously without management oversight.

  • Full NZ driver licence, or the ability to pass the test within the first week of employment.- Own reliable transport to and from work.
