Assign work and monitor progress- Staff training and induction- Implementation of company health and safety policy, and ensuring incidents and near misses are passed up to be secured, along with passing information down to their respective teams.
this is expected to be managed accordingly. Up to 6 days per week.- You will be expected to be able to jump in and clean with your teams, or work cleaning independently should the need arise.
This is not just a "stand back and dictate" role, we all pitch in and help.The applicant must have the following- 1 year+ experience commercial and domestic cleaning-
Relevant management or supervision qualification, ideally Level 7 or above.- The ability to work autonomously without management oversight.
