    About the role

    Providing support across a wide range of residential services for recovery and rehabilitation - You'll join clients on their recovery journey, providing a safe environment for our clients and supporting them with their goals and daily tasks.

    These are casual opportunities based around the West Auckland and North Shore regions working across a 24 / 7 roster - this will include weekend shifts.

  • Who we're looking for;
  • Ideal candidate will be confident in carrying out activities of daily living and personal care, be able to implement best practice interventions and rehabilitation strategies and support service users to maintain and improve communication, behaviour, mobility, continence and activities of daily living.

    We are looking for someone who is positive, flexible, vibrant, confident and compassionate to work in our service.

    You'll naturally be a problem solver, quick thinker and enjoy connecting with the community. You'll use your non judgemental attitude and belief to encourage clients to change and grow.

  • What you need;
  • Ideally have a Level 4 Mental Health Certificate or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Qualification (or equivalent)
  • It's essential that you have a full New Zealand driving licence
  • Experience with personal cares
  • Be culturally responsive and non-judgemental
  • Strong computer skills, a 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong personal and professional boundaries
  • Demonstrated commitment to recovery model
  • Demonstrated commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi and culturally safe practice.
