About the Role

Partner Success Managers are responsible for developing and growing our strategic partnerships in support of our clients, and own, business success.

In this role you are responsible for driving growth of our strategic Microsoft Azure partnership by evolving our inter-partner relationships, growing our partner status, driving joint opportunity pipeline, and delivering programmatic best practice.

You will work with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, and the Azure Practice Lead, to evolve and build Leaven's presence and mindshare (across the Microsoft ecosystem), driving new customer opportunity and insight, whilst representing Microsoft Cloud back within our own ecosystem to leverage partner programmes and benefits, drive new ways of thinking, offers and customer engagement.

We value the following specific skills and experience :

  • A sales partner development or channel management background with experience in managing successful, lasting partnership relationships.
  • Demonstrated V-team engagement showing compelling ability to work across a variety of stakeholders with structured engagement models.
  • Experience in working with / or enabling successful sales, technical and marketing teams in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in channel programs and eco-system would be highly valued.
  • An understanding and passion for cloud technology demonstrated by experience and certifications related to public cloud and emerging technology.
  • Highly organised, ability to prioritise and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, curious and action orientated with a challenger mindset and passion for client focused outcomes.
  • Analytical, critical thinking and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present oral and written reports, presentations, recommendations and perform necessary research, or investigations in both technical and non-technical contexts.
