About the role
Based at our busy office in Tauranga, we have an exciting opportunity in our Contact Centre team. Our Customer Care Consultants are responsible for maximising sales of HRV whole home solutions.
You will be responsible for telephoning prospective customers and setting up quality appointments for the sales team to convert.

We are looking for a dynamic person with a proven track record in achieving sales and service targets in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be bursting with energy, always eager to jump on the phone and get results. You’ll shine on the phone dazzling and enticing customers to buy from us! You will have a strong level of attention to detail and accuracy and be an enthusiastic team player, with a working knowledge of CRM systems.
