About the role
This is a job that requires someone who can do a bit of everything on a part time basis. You will provide general handyperson services to our residents and assist with the maintenance of our comprehensive range of village facilities.
You will also be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety standards are met and maintained on site.
On offer is a part time opportunity, working 32 hours per week. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is essential.
Skills and experience required
To be considered for this role, you need to have the 'right stuff' including common sense; reliability; and a healthy, robust physical condition.
You will thrive in a team environment and be confident and capable with hand tools, power tools and operating maintenance machinery.
excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear, considerate fashion; and an industrious, diligent approach to ensuring that the job is done to the highest standards.
Previous experience as a general handyman or in property maintenance will be highly advantageous.
