Auckland City, AucklandDo you have financial administrative or accounts payable experience?Experience in a transaction processing environmentWe have a permanent and 12 month fixed term opportunity availableWithin the Auckland (Newmarket) Payments team our main responsibility is to process payments in a timely manner to ensure our customer’s payments are processed as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
We achieve all this by putting the customer first and this reflects the exciting time we're entering.The Opportunity : Your day to day responsibilities will include authorising and processing manual and electronic payments as well as managing customer enquires via email or over the phone.
Other duties will include following up and assessing information, entering and updating invoices into the system as well as other administrative duties as required.
A large part of this role is data entry, so you will be a bit of a whiz on the keyboard with an eagle eye for detail to ensure we get things right for our customer.
What we are looking for : Do you have excellent communication skills along with experience in invoice processing, clearing exception queries, financial administrative or accounts payable experience?
You will have a fantastic customer service ethic, you will need to be able to self-manage your workload, so time management and prioritising is something that comes as second nature to you.
You will also need to demonstrate the below skills and experience : Strong data processing experience 1 year minimumStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Good computer literacyDemonstrate good problem-solving skillsGreat team player and willing to engageSome of the keys things to note is our business hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, you will need to be available for our customers during these hours.
The salary for this role will be $42,305. This is exclusive of ACC’s 9% superannuation contribution which would bring the total starting package to $46,112.
