About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Stars to work in our Glenfield Village- The Orchards. You will join an awesome team dedicated to keeping COVID -19 out of our Care Homes.
You'll be responsible for COVID-19 testing of any Care Home visitors and staff. This is a rewarding role where you help protect the lives of our residents who call Metlifecare home.
This role is a role working across the week, Monday to Friday and usually 645am to 1530. Things that you will be doing :
Learning COVID-19 testing methods to be able to administer and clarify results to visitors
Manage testing of all incoming visitors to the Care Home in a in a timely, professional and responsive manner including providing direction as necessary to residents and visitors
Escalate any testing issues to Care Home staff with urgency
Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
Any other ad hoc duties needed in the Village
About you
To be successful in this role you'll enjoy fostering and maintaining relationships with our residents and their visitors.
You will be able to remain calm and make decisions under pressure and have an honest nature. No experience is necessary! Just a willingness to learn and a great level of customer service.
Experience working in security or COVID - 19 testing environments is highly desirable
Physically able to usher and marshal visitors in a friendly and pleasant manner
Have good communication skills (written and verbal)
