Here's what you'll do most days :

  • Help prepay, pay monthly, broadband and business customers do more with 2degrees
  • Ensure your customers are on the right plan, to suit their needs.
  • Show you're a sales superstar, by making the most of every opportunity for our customers to learn about our exciting products and increase their product share with us through active cross-sell and upsell
  • Bounce your way around our customer management software with your eyes shut
  • Find great solutions for any challenge a customer throws your way
  • Help us retain customers through understanding, building rapport and needs analysis

    Face-to-face or phone-based customer service experience is important and you'll thrive in a KPI-driven workplace. You'll also get a buzz out of being in a fast-paced environment, where change is an everyday thing.

    Maximising opportunities in terms of cross sell and up sell will come naturally to you and you will use these talents to rapidly grow rapport with customers and offer targeted solutions that are a win for everyone.
