In this role you will :
Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs & servicing, keeping our customers updated of the status of their repairs and ensure this is completed within an acceptable timeframe while providing outstanding customer service
Run weekly reports for repairs / service jobs as required by the Proprietor
Advise, serve and assist customers with inquiries on technical Computer issues
Assist the Tech2Home Technician and / or the Proprietor with Tech2Home business, ensuring company procedures are followed
Actively be involved in the selling of computer products and services
Be Healthy and Safety conscious
Work full time on a roster including weekends and public holidays as required by the Business.
The skills and experience you'll need to bring with you include :
Solid administration experience in a busy enterprise
Experience working in a high volume administration role
Capacity to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible, can-do’ attitude and ability to prioritise tasks
Computer literate with a technical understanding of computers and computer products
Technically savvy with the ability to solve problems quickly
Great communication and interpersonal skills; understand the significance of confidentiality
Well-developed computer skills with knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a must
Familiarity with the Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act (desirable)
Current, clean, full NZ drivers license with own vehicle.
