Applications are invited for the position of Office Administrator

as part of our dynamic and industry leading team providing

electrical services throughout Westland. Flexible hours and days of work approximately 30 hours a fortnight.

Day to day duties include :

  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Coding transactions and liaison with our accountant
  • Collation of timesheets for payroll
  • Job management from job sheets and invoicing
  • Preparation of sales reports from Smart trade
  • Credit and Transaction Reconciliation
  • General admin duties including answering phones and
  • fielding customers enquiries
