Education Infrastructure Service (EIS), a part of the Ministry of Education, manages the Crown's second largest property portfolio of around 2,100 schools with a book value of $19.
6 billion, the largest payroll in the country, and transportation of over 100,000 students to and from school each day.
Our vision for school property is that all schools have quality learning environments as part of a well-managed and sustainable portfolio that helps deliver equitable and excellent outcomes for every child.
Asset Management is a team within the Education Infrastructure Service which provides support and guidance to state schools in the management of crown owned property and in undertaking property related work on school land and buildings.
About this role
The Infrastructure Manager reports to the Regional Infrastructure Manager and leads a regionally based group responsible for providing asset management advice and support to schools across the region.
The position also plays a key role in issues resolution and school property portfolio planning activities at a regional level.

You will have an extensive background in infrastructure, property and / or asset management (private and / or public sector) with significant focus on relationship management and problem solving and a track record of success and results in team management.
