This role will look after our KOHLER New Zealand showroom in Auckland and assist customers. It is the first point of contact for customers / visitors and for many, the first introduction to the company.

In addition, the incumbent will provide administration support.

The position can easily be done by two part-time employees in a job-share environment.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the showroom with information / advice about all our products and actively make sales through nominated distributors
  • Be an expert on Kohler and Englefield brand products
  • Ensure a gracious customer experience
  • Greet visitors and ensure they are signed in
  • Manage incoming phone calls, mail and local and overseas courier deliveries
  • Process display orders including keying in SAP
  • General administration tasks like ordering stationary, business cards, etc.
  • To be successful in this role you will need

  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • Fantastic people skills
  • Effective organisational skills
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products
  • The ability to multitask
  • An eye for detail
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
