You will make critical judgements on initial actions for information requests and assist in the development of intelligence products and other services which provide unique insights into risk and value decisions across MBIE's regulatory systems.

As a member of the MBIE Intelligence Unit you will support the unit to develop intelligence products and services for a range of customers from leadership teams to frontline staff.
These products and services contribute on both a tactical and strategic level, to inform the debate on priorities, policy and legislative issues and responses.
To do this effectively you must be comfortable in your ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders that ensure your customers get the intelligence services they need in a timely manner.
Skills and experience required :
You must also be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret New Zealand national security clearance if not already obtained (check your eligibility here).
