    Job Description

    This is a 3 month contract opportunity to join our integration and onboarding team. There is lots to be done and there is a potential this could evolve into a permanent role long term.

    Some of the responsibilities include :

  • Onboard & integrate merchants & marketplace connectors via various integration methods including connectors, direct API and manual integration.
  • Identify & troubleshoot issues within the integration process and liaise with integration partners, merchants & internal team to provide a solution.
  • Test new deployments released by integration partners.
  • Determine system requirements of a merchant and suggest / provide appropriate integration solutions as required.
  • Manage multiple implementations / projects based on scope and size as needed.
  • Manage the pipeline of integrating merchants to meet personal and team targets.
  • Qualifications

  • Understanding of JSON, REST API, SQL, HTML technologies
  • 2+ years commercial experience with software integration projects AND / OR an IT qualification / degree
  • 1+ years experience in e-commerce and / or retail would be highly advantageous
  • High aptitude and a willingness to learn
  • Proactive, highly organized, flexible and can work well under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of project management and process development
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
