We are on the lookout for an administrative superstar to join a busy team based in central Auckland.This excellent opportunity starting ASAP will best suit an experienced office manager / PA who is happy to take on a variety of tasks to keep this busy company running smoothly.

Initially the assignment will run for 4-8 weeks and is part time, at 2-30 hours per week.Duties include : PA support including diary management, travel, meetings and email managementOrdering all stock and keeping the office tidyFacilities managementAccounts duties including some payables and invoicingGeneral administration and other adhoc duties as requiredTo be considered you will ideally have : Proven PA / Office Management experience and be available to start asapAccounts administration experienceFlexibility to take on a variety of tasksExcellent communication skills and corporate presentationAdvanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyIf you are looking for a new opportunity within the healthcare sector apply now to be considered.
