Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Agency Account Strategist (AS), works with our top, independent media agency partners and their key clients to provide solutions to customer marketing objectives.

As an Account Strategist you will develop relationships with both clients and agencies to provide them with solutions that grow business.

You will work collaboratively with partners to improve product knowledge and adoption, provide scale opportunities and identify insights that drive client success and deliver outstanding sales experience.

You will also work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to develop scaled initiatives that benefit the Agency and Client ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with third-party partners and customers to get the most out of their advertising investment.
  • Understand your clients objectives, growth drivers, manage risks and create multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Build compelling, data-driven and long-term client plans leveraging internal and third-party data.
  • Deliver to set team goals while prioritizing and providing excellent customer service.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • 4 years of media sales or digital marketing experience
  • Experience leading and implementing projects drive business growth
  • Experience delivering to individual and team goals
  • Google product experience, Google certified or digital marketing experience.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience working within a media agency, publisher or client side.
  • Experience working with and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop recommendations and action plans (solution promoting).
  • Demonstrated business acumen with analytical and problem solving skills.
