Cardrona has 15 on mountain apartments and we require a capable, friendly and confident person to manage the bookings, check-

ins and assist our apartments guests during the summer season with the potential for this role to extend into the winter months.

This role works under the Sales & Guest Services Manager and co-ordinates with the Night Concierge and Housekeeping coordinator to ensure the guests have the best experience possible that is relaxing, clean & enjoyable.

You will be responsible for :

  • The bookings system for all accommodation
  • Communication & payments relating to accommodation
  • Checking guests in & out
  • Manage any maintenance required
  • Ensure all information is up to date including compodiums
  • Assist with guest queries and supply solutions
  • Sales support within the ticket office where possible
  • Ensuring our guests are comfortable and happy
  • Prior reservations & guest services experience in a similar role is required together with an approachable and professional manner, helpful attitude and desire to go the extra mile for our guests to ensure they have an epic experience!

    A high level of organisation and fast paced thinking will also assist in achieving the results required for this role.
