The Senior TS Systems Integration Specialist is to provide design, configuration and escalated problem management in client environments of medium to high complexity.

They define system architectures for business opportunities during the project take on phase. They design and develop integration plans and create links for multi-platform, multi-vendor business solutions.

These individuals identify and develop technology related opportunities and integrate IT resources to fulfil project requirements.

They are able to compile technical specifications in a clear, concise, unambiguous manner to explain the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution and are able to create alternative solutions as backup planning.

The Senior TS Systems Integration Specialist establishes a track record of exceptional performance with regards to a combination of technical, service and / or business ability.

These employees work towards expert level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.

Radford information :

Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex technology solutions and integrating architecture.

Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems.

Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

Senior End User Compute / Modern Desktop Consultant

We are engaged with large projects and our clients are in the hunt of top talent so we want you to come onboard and be part of the NTT family.

In this you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing and architecting the Modern Desktop experience with / for our largest customers.

What you have is what we want

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting desktops and related technologies in an enterprise-grade deployment. Implementation and ongoing management skills are a plus.
  • Experience designing, deploying and supporting technologies such as SCCM, Intune, WVD, MMD and Windows 365.
  • Experience with Identity Management core principles and configuration of Conditional Access policies in complex environments.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting and maintaining Windows Active Directory to a high standard.
  • Extensive experience with PowerShell scripting and automating repeatable workloads using PowerShell (other languages and platforms a bonus).
  • We require someone who is able to produce their own original code, as well as the ability to reverse engineer & peer review existing scripts.

  • Clinical housekeeping and knowledge management skills.
  • You have the ability and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience in creating different ways of approaching new challenges and coping with change.
  • A can-do attitude and willing to think outside the box, constantly.
  • A friendly approach where we can enjoy coffee and / or vino and have a good laugh.
