Our new Warehouse and Office is based at Hobsonville. This is a hands on role with lots of variety at a small site. You will essentially be responsible for general customer service duties, logistics coordination, warehouse duties and completion of ad hoc QA and admin processes as required.
As we move into a strategic growth phase in NZ, we are looking for an intelligent, motivated and flexible individual with a drive to succeed in whatever they do.
You will be working alongside a Customer Service Coordinator and Sales representatives to ensure customer service is placed as a priority.
Come join us during this exciting time!Essential Functions : Customer Service dutiesresponding to customer queries in relation to products and serviceEnter and maintain customer details and orders into the systemGenerate commercial invoices and certificates of complianceResolve customer concerns regarding international shipments, product delivery and inaccurate shipmentsMaintain knowledge of products, internal processes and electronic systems / software’s i.
e. Oracle and MS Office.Logistics dutiesSchedule and prepare shipment for third-party logistic providers to ensure quality of service to customersAssisting with forecasting, and arranging for pick-
up and transportation of international shipmentsDespatch / Warehouse duties*Assist with packaging product, picking and packing slips for shipmentPerform various warehouse and shipping tasks, as required.
Skills, Experience and Attributes : Work related experience equivalent to min three years of previous warehouse customer service and logistics experience.
Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.Adherence to customer service excellence, Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
Demonstrated computer skills, literacy and numeracy.Ability to learn various international shipping requirements such as Value Added Tax numbers, Shipper's Letter of Instruction, Shipper Export Documentation and etc.
