Become an integral support for leadership team, through administrative expertise
Our clients are transforming communities and changing lives. We are the problem-solvers the thinkers, the creators, the planners and practitioners who understand the vision of our clients and make things happen! As we start our second century, we’re excited about the fresh talent we’re nurturing, the innovative thinking we’re developing and the connections we’re forging.
Our Transport and Infrastructure business line is helping to shape our world from cycleways and runways, to wharves and highways.
The leadership group for this team of professionals requires the support of an administrative expert to foster and facilitate seamless communication and streamlined processes, enabling business leaders to focus on what they do best engaging with clients, evaluating opportunities, winning work and leading team performance in exceptional project delivery.
Stimulating and rewarding, the scope of the role will reflect your enthusiasm and willingness to proactively identify ways to support colleagues, including an experienced PA who is eager to share knowledge, together elevating leadership support.
Your curiosity to learn, initiative and flexibility will pave the way to becoming an integral team member, whether it be coordinating meetings, arranging travel, taking and distributing minutes, proof-reading and formatting documents, collating information for bids or arranging catering for events - no two days will be the same!
Bringing expertise in team support, you will be confident to engage with, and deliver to, senior leaders. Keen to understand, embrace and be part of strategic goals and objectives, you will have a flair for anticipating needs and magically making things happen.
Perhaps with previous PA or office management experience, you’ll be looking for new ways to make your mark and add value.
Adaptable, approachable, calmly efficient, and unfazed by juggling multiple priorities, you’ll enjoy establishing partnering relationships in the team and the wider business.
Confident in Microsoft Office 365, you’ll be meticulous in document presentation and respectful of sensitive and confidential information within leadership meetings and communications.
