Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse who is looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking to fill a full time Clinical Coordinator post. There is an opportunity to fulfil your clinical and leadership aspirations!
This is a clinical leadership role that interfaces with the Clinical Head and the Team Manager and is responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership as well as co-ordination of the Specialist Clinical Team, with particular focus on Integrated Care.
ensuring the safe and effective delivery of high quality clinical services that improve health outcomes and service user experience.
Participating in the support of recruitment, retention, workforce development and guiding clinical staff with their professional development pathways is also a key component of this role.
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for allocating clinical resources, in line with clinical care objectives and goals of the team, including ensuring the team works in partnership with colleagues across the Mental Health and Addictions (MH&A) Acute and Integrated care pathways.
