Nau mai, haere mai ki Ūpoko ki te uru for an enthusiastic registered Child and Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrist(Senior Medical Officer) with experience working in child and adolescent mentalhealth.

Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA) and we provide specialist assessment andtreatment for 0 - 18 year olds and their providing assessment and interventions for individuals, whānau and groups toenable positive outcomes for children and young people presenting with moderateto severe mental health needs.

ICAFS provides Dialectical Behaviour Therapy(DBT) and Family Therapy (with a screening team) and we are especiallyinterested in clinicians with these work collaboratively and supportively with other team members to ensureprovision of appropriate and evidence based care.

The person suitable for thisrole will also have excellent clinical and case management skills and becomfortable managing risk.

The abilityto establish and maintain excellent working relationships within the team,service, the DHB, the wider mental health services, and community agencies isintegral to this
