What we're looking for
Someone whose passion is data. As the PC & C Analyst you will be pivotal in providing HR analytics and insights that enhance the People, Culture and Capability teams products and services and enable the wider business and Executive Leadership Team to make effective workforce decisions.
You will be adept in systems administration, managing EQC's HRIS system (JadeStar) and maximizing integration across all HR systems.
Your knowledge and experience of workforce planning, legislation and HR services will enable you to accurately report, and advise on, a broad range of workforce statistics.
As a member of the HR Advisory team you will drive our data integrity through coaching members of the team and ensuring there are robust processes and documentation in place.
