The Role

A very exciting and rare opportunity has become available! Our Queenstown practices are looking for a Multi-Site Practice Manager (looking after our Frankton, Queenstown and Kawarau practices)

This role is a busy, hands-on leadership position, where you will partner with a team of highly respected clinicians and your Regional Manager to drive performance and culture.

Overseeing all operational aspects of running a successful practice, you will relish the opportunity to impact change from both a people and a commercial perspective.

You will be trusted with total practice management and will have the ability to suggest and implement improvement for patients and your team.

Our Practice Managers enjoy competitive packages, focused on learning and development. In this role, you will become part of a huge network of peers and help us bring premium quality care to our patients and communities.

The hours :

Full time, 40 hours per week. The days and hours can be negotiable as the practices are open Monday to Saturday

Kawarau Practice is due to open Mid July.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will bring :

Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential).

Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback.

Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients.

The ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexible.

An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements.

Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology.
