We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Technical Field Officer to manage a territory in the West Waikato region.

About the role

As a Technical Field Officer, you will be the technical arable expert with specific knowledge in agronomy.

This is a territory-based role, so your day will consist of consulting and sales on farm, providing a wealth of knowledge across the shareholders farming system.

You'll be solutions focused, drawing on your industry knowledge to tailor the products & services offered at each site to ensure the success of our client's business.

You will be responsible for successfully developing new client relationships as well as strengthening and deepening existing relationships.

The ability to deliver shareholder success, build your business and chase new opportunities to develop your portfolio of clients in this region is unlimited with a range of successful farming clients.

You will also be able to :

  • Work closely within our local retail teams to support key relationships and customers
  • Use technology to your advantage to strategically plan and execute seasonal planning with shareholders
  • About you

  • You'll bring a depth & breadth of experience within the agriculture industry, so our clients are in good hands
  • You'll be effective at business development and enhancing long-lasting business relationships and be focused on providing profitable solutions
  • You will be adept at using latest technology - Mobile, iPad, Laptop, industry Apps, with the ability to continually upskill in this ever-changing landscape.
