Our Store Activity Support Chapter develops and coordinates the right environment to create great retail customer experiences, and exceed sales and services targets.

Our Store Activity Chapter Lead is off on maternity leave soon, so we have a key gap to fill for 12 months fixed term.About the Role : The Store Activity Support Chapter Members are the air traffic controllers’ of our store network.

They plan for and optimise activity & the information flow to and from stores. They plan store team workload and deliver communication to help our teams implement change in an easy to understand and efficient way.

The Store Activity Support Chapter Lead role is two-fold. Sitting within the Store & Sales Operations Chapter (and reporting into the Store and Sales Operations Chapter Area Lead), your time will be split between developing engaging work and people management.

You’re someone who’ll drive best practice in Store Activity while developing, supporting, nurturing, and empowering the team to be at its very best.

The people management aspects of this role will see you facilitate capability growth, consistency and allocation of resources within your chapter (circa 12 Chapter Members).

About You : Your ability to make things happen, influence at all levels and your comfort to work at pace will sum up success in the role.

We will rely on your communication and relationship management skills, as this visible role will see you work cross functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels.

We will rely on your ability to develop, empower and nurture your team to drive engagement and best practice. Your passion and drive to share knowledge and raise the bar will be infectious.
