About the Role
Mercy Hospital is currently in an exciting phase of growth and we will be opening a brand new in-patient ward planned for July / August 2021.
We are seeking a motivated Ward Administrator who will be responsible for providing timely and effective administrative and reception services to support the operational needs of the new second floor ward.
This is a part time role (28-32 hours p / week) to be worked between Monday-Friday. As the new ward increases in number of beds, this role will transition to full time.
Start and finish times are flexible and can be negotiated with the successful person.

Skills and Experience :
This role would ideally suit someone with administration experience of at least three years, ideally in a medical environment and have experience of developing and implementing new processes and systems.
