  • Are you passionate about helping customers and making the customer experience smooth and stress-free? We are looking for another member to join our busy Customer Operations team and help our store team deliver extraordinary customer experience.

    The Interiors Group is comprised of leaders in the home finishing and commercial space, Carpet Court and CurtainStudio. Together we provide our customers with unparalleled design advice, exclusive product and customer care.

    This position is crucial to the support of our daily business functions and ensures that our operations can continue to run smoothly.

    With a strong brands and even stronger products (you remember that Rhino living on our carpet) we pride ourselves on delivering the best results to our customers and celebrating our success.

    We’re constantly developing new product and marketing strategies to keep us ahead of the game and in line with the latest industry trends and technology.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicate directly with customers promptly either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Raise sales orders and keep customers informed of order progress and updates
  • Maintaining accuracy of orders entered, with correct pricing and meeting all cut off times
  • Assist in maintaining DIFOT >
  • 95%, and other key performance indicators

  • Managing the product support e-mail account
  • Administration of product support
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Monitor and maintain reports such as cut and delivered report daily
  • Support the CW team to achieve exceptional customer focused behaviours
  • Customer service administration tasks
  • Track and trace deliveries and associated communications
  • Assisting customer service team leader in projects and other tasks
  • Establish and implement areas of improvements
  • Support the Logistics Manager / warehouse team, prioritizing outbound orders when required
  • You'll be personable and professional with a knack for clear and concise communication. You’ll be an adept planner, an experienced multi-tasker used to problem solving and being able to think on your feet.
