  • Our client is looking for a switched on, outgoing administrator to join their fabulous team.

    This opportunity would suit someone who can roll up their sleeves and be a real team player. Working in the project space you will work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

    Duties :

  • Managing a calendar and booking interviews
  • Reviewing inquiries and help with screening
  • Assisting with pre-employment checks
  • Keeping databases up to date
  • All other recruitment administration as required
  • About You :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have high attention to detail
  • 2 -3 years administration experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
