  • About the Role

    At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this -

    This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.

    This role gives you the opportunity to step up, overseeing the running of the store on Sundays, and taking the lead with merchandising. Duties include :

  • Providing genuine service and creating a lasting impressions with our customers
  • Have superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store
  • Maintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in store promotions
  • Overseeing the running of the branch on Sundays and assisting with open, close and banking during the week
  • Processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked
  • Hours are Sunday 8.30am to 5pm, Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday 8.30am to 5pm, Wednesday 9am to 5.30pm and Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

    Skills & Experience

    Previous retail experience is ideal for this role, and ideally within a similar role where you've had exposure to merchandising and / or supervisory or key holder experience.

    Full training will be given on the products we sell, however an interest in automotive is a plus. But if customer service is your passion and where you thrive, we like that sound of that too! You must be confident working in a retail / sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers, and show a level of maturity and trust to be left to oversee the branch in the Managers absence.
