Job Description

This vital role will provide technical and organizational leadership in all aspects of Continuous Improvement for the Kraft Heinz business.

This will occur by overseeing / facilitating and managing the key aspects of Continuous Improvement with things such as cost reduction, efficiency improvement and cost reduction.

Working with a collaborative and innovative team, you will enjoy the opportunity to support value add and commercial efficiencies to improve our operational culture.

About the role :

  • Positive leadership and motivation of a CI team, including development of clear goals and development plans;
  • Manage CI plans and activities for the business and oversee their implementation;
  • Manage the CI budget and minimize costs to ensure total Operational budget is achieved;
  • Build trusted business relationships by provision of CI advice to all departments as required;
  • Liaise with global CI teams across Kraft Heinz as well as external networks to ensure we are delivering best practice initiatives;
  • Manage projects to ensure all projects meet objectives and agreed timelines and budgetary requirements;
  • QRMP accountability as required.
  • About you

    Your demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement coupled with your ability to engage and influence, will ensure your success in this role. You will have :

  • Ability to motivate and develop a team of associates
  • Understanding of CI within the business context
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in CI and project management, ideally within a manufacturing environment;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships;
  • Outstanding analytical skills, proficient in identifying areas for improvement, mapping and planning, then leading the execution;
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications required.
