The marketing team is focused on keeping us relevant to the needs of Kiwi families, and there’s never been a more important time for health and wellbeing support.

We’re working on a journey to re-open, there’s lots to do so we are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our team.

The role is Fixed Term until 15 March 2022. The days of work will be from Monday Friday with 30 hours per week.

The role will be home-based you’ll need to be contactable throughout your working day but working hours can be flexible subject to agreement.

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 outbreak in New Zealand that all interviews will be conducted online via video call.

YMCA North also is not able to open under COVID-19 Alert Level 3 or 4 which will mean that if your application is successful and you are offered the role, the offer will be conditional upon us being able to reopen our facilities as per COVID-19 government rules and your start date would be confirmed at this point.

What will you be doing?

  • Updating the website with agreed content to set deadlines
  • Updating our social media accounts with supplied content to set deadlines
  • Supporting colleagues by performing checks for content accuracy for campaign live dates
  • Performing content audits across social media pages
  • Updating campaign records
  • Performing content and link audits across the site Providing general admin support across the Marketing team
  • What experience / skills do you need?

  • Minimum 1 year of previous admin experience preferred
  • Interest in Marketing welcome but not essential
  • Good communication and excellent written English accuracy skills
  • Tech Savvy comfortable with online platforms and willing to learn new systems
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
