We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse who can work autonomously in the community to assist the Clinical Team Leader.

In a nutshell you will support the Clinical Team Leader, in delivering services to clients, recruiting, supervising, and training nurses, acting Team Leader when required, and being an active part of the regional clinical leadership team.

The work days are Monday to Friday!

What skills are we looking for?

Registered nurse with a current practising certificate holding a current full driver's license

Experienced in long term conditions, aged residential care or medical nursing highly desirable

Ability to multi-task and flexibility to manage the fast-paced work environment Excellent planning and prioritising skills, with the ability to plan and achieve work outcomes when working unsupervised

Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with a caring nature and the ability to connect and interact within a multi-cultural environment.

A team player, someone who can build professional relationships in the community

Team leadership is desired

Intermediate level computer and on-line information recording skills
