We have an excellent fixed term opportunity for an Administrator who is available immediately! As a Case Officer you will work within a national organisation contributing positively to their customers.

You will be dealing with sensitive information therefore an understanding and appreciation for privacy is needed. The successful candidate will be able to showcase their administration and customer service skills.

about the role (duties would include but are not limited to) :

  • contacting relevant parties for missing information
  • opening and actioning mail
  • answering queries from clients, service providers and other third parties
  • data entry
  • validating data and documents against the correct clients
  • about you (ideal applicants would) :

  • have excellent customer service and problem solving ability
  • be able to quickly absorb new information
  • be accurate in the information that is communicated
  • bring proven administration experience
  • have proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
  • bring maturity, focus and resilience
  • have attention to detail and speed and accuracy
