About the Role

We are looking for Case Manager / Administrator to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing a variety of applications and handling any related enquiries from our customers, working with them over the phone and via email.

The position is fixed term 37.5 hours per week until end March 2023 with possibility of extension

What you’ll do

The team works closely with our government client by acting as the main link between them and the New Zealand public for matters relating to climate change.

The team provides supports to our client by administrating applications as well as handling all phone calls and emails. As subject matter experts they have an extensive working knowledge of the relevant legislation and how it is applied, helping interpret this for our customers.

What you’ll bring

It will be advantageous if you have had experience in administration, data entry and customer service positions.
