Customer Engagement Manager The Warehouse The Warehouse Group is on the hunt for an experienced and talented marketer to step into this new position and own direct marketing comms for our largest brand The Warehouse So if you are passionate about the customer experience with an appetite for unlocking opportunities and a role that encompasses all things customer lifecycle marketing related this may be your next career move The Warehouse Group TWG is a New Zealand success story founded by Sir Stephen Tindall and evolved from a single The Warehouse store to become one of the largest retailing groups in New Zealand with 3 billion in sales TWG consists of six core retail brands The Warehouse Warehouse Stationery Noel Leeming Torpedo7 1day and TheMarket We have 260 retail stores online stores as well as distribution centres throughout New Zealand We also have two overseas sourcing offices located in China and India We are a peoplecentred business with more than 12 000 team members across our locations The role In a nut shell your role involves building longterm relevant relationships with our customers for The Warehouse brand by driving engagement lifetime value LTV growth and spend Reporting into our Head of Customer Engagement we foresee you having a toolkit of ideas and experience to draw on to deliver the following Create direct marketing and communications strategy vision and resulting tactical plans Leverage the full suite of direct marketing communications and product touchpoints including eDMs push notifications SMS messenger and others Drive required roadmaps research schedules and capabilities to deliver customer metrics and revenue margin growth Stewardship of direct marketing and loyalty products with a focus on driving trading performance as well as excellent customer experiences Demonstrate a keen focus on delivering great customer experiences and strong measurable results with rigorous testing to drive continuous improvement Lead and manage a team of customer engagement experts and specialists Lead crossfunctional teams and external partners to create and execute highly engaging programs and products Develop and manage partner industry and vendor relationships About you This role involves working cross functionally so we are looking for a true collaborator whom excels at relationship management building credibility and trust quickly with key stakeholders We will rely on your critical thinking skills and ability to influence and negotiate coupled with your strong writing and presentation skills Your knack to communicate simply and clearly to stakeholders at all levels will be key Our wishlist also includes 8 years experience in related Marketing and Customer Engagement capacity a combo of agency and client side experience would be ideal along with experience centring on lifecycle marketing loyalty program and or direct marketing Proven experience successfully leading automated and templated customer communications with a strong track record of driving excellence around 360degree campaigns Experience successfully building out and scaling directtocustomer marketing Strong analytical skills and experience owning and reporting on key business metrics to partners and executives About Us Our Store Support Office has a beautiful North Shore location with views across the Waitemata Harbour Tuff Crater reserve next door for lunchtime walks an onsite caf and free charging stations for EV s With 1 200 people in the office it is a hive of activity with likeminded people all working together to help kiwis live better every day When you join us you also get discounts across most of our brands great team member benefits and excellent career development opportunities no matter where you are in the business The scope and profile this role offers is a rare find Interested Apply today twg co nz
